Description: |
It was designed by the American Golf Course Design (Randall Thompson) under the USGA construction regulations. The course features state-of-the-art grass: TifEagle in greens and Tifway 419 in fairways and tees. This 27-hole project started in 2002 and there are still 9 holes to build. Jockey Club Tucumán also features a driving range with a golf school, a putting, and chipping green. It is open throughout the year and it is only 15 minutes from downtown. The layout adapts to every kind of golfer since it has many starting tees. The course is quite broad, with 50-yard-wide fairways and local 5-year-old trees. During the game, the magnificent view of San Javier Hill can be enjoyed. |
